Frequently Asked Questions
(Check out some frequently asked questions about my work and background. If you are curious about a specific topic, please feel free to reach out directly!)
Q1: Are you primarily focused on research, design, or strategy?
I specialize in Product Strategy and Research. My focus is to lead the strategic vision, ensuring every initiative is rooted in strong evidence. This integration of research and design requirements comes naturally because of my end-to-end expertise gained working with over 15 startups and my formal training in Holistic Product Design.

Q2: What are the main strategic areas you focus on when solving problems in diverse regions like the UAE, Egypt, and India?
My primary focus is maximizing product viability by eliminating user friction. I translate complex regional market realities into strategic product roadmaps by adapting my research to three core user challenges across the UAE, Egypt, and India:
Navigating Multicultural Needs: Making sure our products feel right and accessible to the diverse, expat-driven populations in the UAE and beyond.
Building Digital Trust: Focusing on the crucial first steps needed to build foundational user trust in new platforms, especially in mobile-first and emerging financial markets like Egypt.
Designing for Scale: Addressing the major challenge of adapting solutions for massive population and economic diversity (like in India) to ensure products are truly accessible and sustainable.
Q3: How do you ensure research findings actually influence the product roadmap?
My method is to ensure research is strategic, not passive. I influence the roadmap by moving beyond simple reports to translate findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations directly tied to measurable business KPIs. This includes facilitating alignment workshops with Product and Leadership early on, ensuring all findings are synthesized into themes that are easily integrated into the backlog and roadmaps.
